At Goalz Attain, our mission is to guide individuals toward homeownership through education, financial preparation, and improved credit habits. While we work hard to provide exceptional support, it is important to understand that credit outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Federal and state laws prevent any company from promising specific score increases, deletions, or timelines for results.
This Refund Policy explains when a client may qualify for a refund and the conditions required for eligibility. Please read this carefully before enrolling in our program.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only if Goalz Attain did not fulfill the obligations outlined in our service agreement. Clients may be eligible for a refund of up to the full amount paid if all of the following conditions are met.
Disclosure of Credit Score Changes
Goalz Attain must not have provided written disclosure that credit improvement services can sometimes cause temporary score decreases. This disclosure is included in the service agreement, the onboarding material, and the welcome email. If the disclosure was provided, the refund request does not apply.
Complete and On-Time Payments
All program payments must have been completed in full with no late payments, failed payments, or payment interruptions. Any missed or delayed payments automatically remove eligibility for a refund.
Following Program Instructions
Clients must follow the steps outlined in their personalized homeownership and credit preparation plan. This includes uploading requested documents, completing homework assignments, responding to emails, and following the recommended actions inside the program.
Excessive missed calls, lack of communication, or failure to follow instructions may affect results and disqualify the refund request.
Maintaining On-Time Payments on Personal Credit
Clients must make all minimum payments on time for every existing or newly opened credit account during the program. Any new late payment, collection, charge-off, or derogatory item added during the program automatically voids eligibility for a refund.
Following Recommended Credit-Building Methods
Clients must complete at least one of the recommended strategies used to strengthen mortgage readiness. Examples include secured cards, credit-builder accounts, savings strategies, budgeting action steps, or debt reduction strategies.
Not completing these steps removes eligibility for a refund.

Refund Limitations
Refunds apply only to the fees paid to Goalz Attain for program services. Refunds do not cover credit monitoring fees, third-party services, or purchases outside of Goalz Attain.
If approved, the refund will apply only to the portion of services covered under the refund review period outlined in the service agreement.
